What "instant" can and cannot mean
No withdrawal is instant end to end, and an operator advertising one is describing its own approval step rather than the journey your money takes.
What is genuinely achievable is an operator that runs no pending period, has already verified you, and pays to a rail that settles immediately — in practice an e-wallet or a crypto address. Get all three and the money can be spendable within minutes. Miss any one and the other two do not matter: an unverified account stalls at the first withdrawal however fast the rail is, and a bank transfer approved at speed still waits for a working day.
