Cases are players’ allegations, published as filed after our team screens them. They are not findings of fact against the operator. Operators may respond on the record, and outcomes are updated as cases close.
How a case runs
A player files with evidence. We check it for completeness before the operator ever sees it.
The case goes on the public docket; the operator is notified and gets a ticking, public deadline to reply.
The operator answers publicly; the player responds in turn. Everything is on the record.
Resolve it and it costs the operator nothing; silence closes it unresolved and adds black points that lower the score. Answering the docket on time, case after case, is the one thing that earns points back. That consequence is the mechanism.
