We keep the important exchanges public and attributable. Here is how to reach us, and which route fits what you need.
By email
| What you need | Where to write |
|---|---|
| Something here is factually wrong | corrections@betjury.com |
| Your data — a copy, a correction, a deletion | privacy@betjury.com |
| Operator, press or anything else | hello@betjury.com |
We answer data requests within 30 days, which is the statutory limit, and usually much sooner. For a correction, tell us which page and which figure — we check it against the underlying records, fix it if we got it wrong, and say that we have.
Represent an operator?
If you believe a figure on the Tribunal statistics page is wrong, tell us and we will check it against the case files; if we got it wrong we correct it and say so. You can also respond publicly on any individual case from your operator portal, and your response appears on the case itself.
Filing a dispute as a player
Take a case to the Tribunal — it is free, and the operator gets a published deadline to answer. Read how a case affects a score before you file.
Correcting the record
Every score is computed from evidence and every listing carries its reasons — see the methodology and our transparency figures. If something is factually wrong, we want to know.
18+. If gambling is causing you harm, please put that first — free, confidential help is here. It matters more than anything on this page.
