Juror

A registered BetJury member: jurors give testimony, vote on its usefulness, and rise through four levels as their record proves out.

A juror is a member of this site. The name is not decoration: the whole model rests on ordinary players putting an account of what happened to them on the public record.

The four levels

LevelHow you get thereWhat it carries
ObserverRegisterRead, vote
JurorPublish your first testimonyFull participation
Senior JurorA record of verified, useful testimonyTestimony weight +0.2
ForepersonSustained, evidenced contributionCan flag cases for editorial review

There are no paid tiers. There is no way to buy a level. No operator, agency or affiliate may hold a juror account, and where we find one we remove it and say so.

Defendant Representatives

The other side gets an account too, and it should.

A Defendant Representative is a verified member of an operator's staff. They receive a badge, and the right to reply publicly on the Tribunal docket, under their own name, to any case against their casino.

What they can do: answer, produce evidence, resolve, and be seen doing it.

What they cannot do: vote, score, edit, remove, or reply to testimony that is not a case.

The only lever an operator has

An approved rep who answers at least 80% of cases on time earns the operator +0.5 on its TrustAudit Index.

That is the single thing an operator can do on this website to move a number in its favour, and it consists entirely of turning up. It cannot be bought, it cannot be negotiated, and it is available to every operator on the register, including the ones at the bottom of it.
