Changed hands twice without being sold twice
Relax Gaming was founded in 2010 and is based in Sliema, Malta. Kindred Group completed its acquisition of the studio on 1 October 2021; Kindred was then bought by France's FDJ, the former national lottery monopoly, in October 2024 and delisted after a squeeze-out, and FDJ renamed itself FDJ United in March 2025. So the studio behind Money Train 2 (September 2020) and its sequels has ended up inside a lottery group without ever being put up for sale a second time.
Licences: Great Britain (account 37462), Malta, Gibraltar, Romania and Ontario.

Reading Relax Gaming by its own numbers
We hold two Relax Gaming titles on the register, which is too small a sample to describe a studio with. Read what follows as a note on those games rather than as a profile of the catalogue. A median across one title is a number rather than evidence, and we would rather say so than dress a single row up as an average. The gap is ours: it reflects how far our coverage has got, not the size of what this studio has released.
Across them the mechanics that recur are buy feature (2), persistent symbols (2), respins (2) — the studio’s signature, and what shapes a session (why).
Published maximum wins here run from 50,000× to 100,000× the stake — a statement about variance rather than about generosity.
Filed figures across this register only (RTP).
